Internet Access in Cuba

Internet is available but, considering how slow and expensive it is to use it, it's almost not worth the trouble.

Don't expect high-speed service. It's slow dial up and it's almost impossible to get much work done online other than, maybe, sending a few emails.

If you're looking for a place to connect, try hotels as they often have terminals.
