Santa Lucia

Santa Lucia, located on the northern Atlantic coast, gets mixed reviews from tourists as the hotels seem to outnumber the residents and there isn't much site seeing to be done.

It's really a place for relaxing on the beach and enjoying the resort's services, but there are salt flats nearby where flamingos can be seen and there is plenty of visible wildlife in a large lagoon not so far from the resorts.
